All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Oevora ships to 180+ countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing your order.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement at no additional cost. All orders are insured for the full purchase value.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Oevora device for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
